Shipping & Delivery

1) International Shipping Information

We ships all of our orders internationally. Hence, Collectors are welcome to order from us regardless of your Country of Residency. Please check out Complete List of Countries we ship to.

Please take note that Shipping Fees are NOT INCLUDED, unless stated otherwise. We will contact Customer for the shipping fees quoted by our Partnered Courier Service Provider. Shipping information (tracking number) will be provided to Customer via email when orders are dispatched from our Partnered Courier Service Provider. Tracking number may takes a few working days to appear in the Courier Service Provider database.

Shipping time frame are largely depending on the mode of shipment selected by customers. In most cases, shipments to international address takes around 3 to 21 business days depending on the recipients address.

**Please be informed that courier companies are currently experiencing a surge in parcel volume which causes a slight delay in deliveries.

2) Import Taxes, Custom Duties, and Fees

Orders shipped to certain countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country. Taxes and duties are assessed when the order reaches customer’s country, and customers are at the sole responsibility for all import taxes, customs duties or fees charged by the destination country. Import & customs policies vary from country to country, customers are advised to contact your local authorities for more information before placing order with STATUES GK PTE. LTD.

International parcel may be subject to inspection and unboxing by the custom authorities or postal authorities. Product may be repacked without the original packaging when the parcel first left our partner warehouse. We held no responsible over this procedure as this is not within our control. We advise customers to follow up with your local custom/authorities directly if you encountered any issues. We will not be responsible should any of your item is not cleared by the local authorities and to be disposed by the authorities for any reason.

3) Delivery Information

All orders shipping and delivery are carried out by our appointed third-party courier service provider thus, we are unable to offer specific time or day to deliver your shipment. Customer are advised to make sure their availability for a smooth and pleasant delivery. Failing to do so, the courier service provider may charge a reattempt delivery fee for each delivery reattempt. All reattempt delivery fee is payable to courier service provider directly by customers.

**Volumetric Weight is a standard pricing technique implemented by commercial freight companies. The shipping fee is affected by both dimensions (Weight x Length x Height / 5000) and Actual Weight, the heavier will be used for shipping fee calculation.
